2.21 The Meetings of the Board
Meetings of the Board are normally open to the public. In camera sessions are held on a regular basis and are normally scheduled at the end of meetings. Only voting members of the Board and invited guests are entitled to attend in camera sessions. In camera sessions are structured in two parts: one with the President present and one where the President is excused.
Robert’s Rules of Order (latest Canadian revision) shall govern the meetings of the Board, except where otherwise stipulated in these By-Laws or as determined by the Board.
