Space Booking Request

This form must be completed a minimum of 3-4 weeks prior to the event. For special circumstances, please contact us directly at campion.book@uregina.ca or 306-586-4242. All requests are subject to approval and availability of space. The space is provided as is or a setup fee will be charged. For liability/safety reasons, setups by non-Campion staff are not permitted unless approved by the Building Manager. If the area is not left in the same state as upon the commencement of this space use, the function contact will be charged for services. Campion College is a smoke-free environment.

Building Attendant: A building attendant is required for functions outside of regular business hours and a fee will be charged (Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm).

Parking Requirements: Metered, kiosk, and underground parking are available on campus. Should you require special parking arrangements contact the University of Regina parking office at 585-5555.
