7.4 College Requirement to Maintain Protocol for Jesuit Recruitment

As a Jesuit college, Campion College recognizes that its connection with the broader Society of Jesus is key to its strategic vision and values. This includes active recruitment of Jesuits for various positions at the College through its association with the Provincial Curia of the Jesuits of Canada, the Association of Jesuit College and Universities and other higher education institutions connected with the Society of Jesus.

To preserve the existing relationship between the College and the Society of Jesus, recruiting efforts will include notification of upcoming positions (e.g. faculty and administrative vacancies) as they occur to the broader Jesuit network listed above. In order to assess if vacancies can be filled by a fully qualified Jesuit, the college will maintain an administrative policy to properly review potential Jesuit candidates.
