I hereby grant to Campion College at the University of Regina the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute, and create derivative works through the ownership and full use of any photographic images taken of me at Convocation, and grant to Campion College at the University of Regina the right to identify me by name.
Completion of this form constitutes the release of all rights to the use of the participant’s name and photographic images by Campion College at the University of Regina without limitation and without reimbursement in any of its printed/marketing publications, the Campion College website and social media sites, alumni magazine and any other College-related publications.
This release is to discharge any and all claims and demands arising out of, or in connection with, the use of photographic/video/film images, including any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. It shall be binding upon me and my heirs and legal representatives.
