3.5.1 Quorum

3.5.2 Calling of Meetings

Meetings of the Board shall be held from time to time as the Board or a quorum of the Regents may determine and may be called from time to time by the Chair or six (6) Regents.

3.5.4 Number of Meetings

Meetings are typically scheduled in October, December, February, and May.
