Living on-campus is not only convenient, but also a great way to get the most of your university experience. The U of R has five residences on campus with a variety of options to choose from: apartment or dorm style, kitchen or meal plan, shared or private accommodations.

Living-Learning Communities

Interested in helping others and making a difference?  

Campion College hosts the Social Justice and Leadership Living-Learning community, which is open to any UofR, Campion, Luther, and First Nations University of Canada student living in residence. This LLC is an opportunity to discover your passion while building lifelong friendships, establishing community connections, and developing leadership skills. The Social Justice and Leadership LLC is particularly beneficial for students pursuing careers in fields that are dedicated to helping others (such as healthcare, education, social work, or community services).

The programming offered helps students build skills and gain experience relevant to a variety of disciplines in Arts, Education, Social Work, and Kinesiology.  As a diverse group, students learn together, support each other, and strive to be successful.

Be prepared to get involved, learn a lot, and have a great time! You will take part in activities that promote social justice and community action while developing leadership and networking skills. Activities include monthly socials, community service, Social Justice Club activities, networking opportunities, sustainability sessions, group discussions, retreats, movie nights, and homework help sessions.
